Estuary Estate is a residential development that just a short drive away from Bellarine’s breathtaking beaches and a mere 10 kilometres from Geelong’s CBD.
Our design for the public open space includes a sports field, playground and park, offering a variety of opportunities for residents to play, exercise and gather. A proposed shared spiral pathway provides a comfortable and smooth cycling and walking trail throughout the site and incorporates an urban forest trail with integrated seating, creating a peaceful space for relaxation.
A thoughtfully detailed design has been proposed for the basin, delivering landscape treatment for the stormwater system while enhancing habitat opportunities for local fauna.
