Horne Road-Warrnambool Industrial Development

Client

Collaboration

This large-scale industrial development integrates sustainable stormwater infrastructure with roads, open spaces, and generous landscaped buffers to create a cohesive and well-structured industrial precinct.

Swales and retention basins are designed as functional landscape elements, managing runoff while enhancing the environmental performance and visual quality of the site.

An eastern buffer zone provides separation from adjoining properties through layered native tree and shrub planting, forming a soft green boundary. Earth mounding reinforces this edge, creating a strong physical and visual barrier while improving acoustic control and strengthening the overall landscape character.

Shared path weaves through the open space corridor, promoting connectivity and active movement within the precinct. This landscaped pathway provides users with a pleasant environment, supporting both functionality and amenity within the industrial setting.
