David Hay

Since commencing full time work as a landscape architect in July 1988, David has obtained a broad range of experience in a diverse range of landscape projects throughout rural and urban Victoria. David is committed to the protection and enhancement, through appropriate environmental and landscape design treatment, of landscape types ranging from small scale urban and domestic sites to broad scale, regional landscapes. As a director and hands-on landscape architect David is experienced in all aspects of the design process including design development, documentation, cost estimation, contract administration and client and contractor liaison.

Heidi Mikulic

Heidi started full time work as a Landscape Architect in 2007 and has worked on projects in Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate with a focus on land development, infrastructure and public open space. Project experience includes master planning, design development, documentation, cost estimation, tendering and contract administration.
Heidi works collaboratively with the project team to achieve optimal landscape outcomes and is committed to respecting local environments and cultures in the design process. Claire Reynolds

As a Landscape Architect, Claire has the ability to lead projects from broad scale concept through to detailed design of individual elements. She is both practical and creative, bringing strong design skills to each project. She enjoys working on complex sites to develop simple and achievable outcomes. Claire began working on Wetlands in Melbourne on the design and refurbishment of large Melbourne Water assets 14 years ago. She has led the design on a number of projects in river environments including tourism precincts and city scale storm water treatment wetlands. She understands the civil and environmental requirements to develop practical, sensitive outcomes.

Yolanda Li

Yolanda has completed her Master of Landscape Architecture at Deakin University and brings a background in art and design to this role, with a passion to learn new design and documentation processes.

Georgia Carroll

Georgia loves the challenge and diversity of regional work. She has made a strong contribution to both strategic projects and detailed design workshops. She enjoys working with the constraints of regional towns where small interventions can inspire large scale change. Georgia combines skills in the Adobe Suite and AutoCAD with a love of graphic design to create great plans for effective communication. She has experience working on both on large scale masterplans and detailed, site-specific interventions.

Oshadi Jayasinghe

Oshadi has a background in landscape architecture and tropical floriculture from the University of Moratuwa (Sri Lanka). Recently she has completed a Masters of landscape architecture from Deakin University where she developed an interest in regional Victorian landscapes. Academic highlights included mine rehabilitation projects, regional strategic planning and urban development, which achieved several important awards.
